As a retired high school teacher, it has been my honor to have known many hard-working young people. I believe my 40 years’ experience working with teens and young adults has helped me become a quite perceptive judge of character. I have known William Rosales for about four or five years, and it is with great pride that I recommend him as one of the hardest working, more reliable, and most experienced (for his age) young man I have ever known. He is a meticulous inside painter, a hardworking helper, and an even-tempered and flexible handyman. His years working with his father have trained him far beyond his age.
