William fees are $16.00 an hour with a $25.00 minimum due at time of service. Clients must provide all paint, caulking, or any other supplies. William will supply his own carpenter tools. Any time over 20 minutes is counted as half an hour. William will only clean up the exact area where he worked. Any other clean-up is extra. William needs to schedule clients around his college and other job. Please call him far enough in advance so this is not a problem.
Payment is due upon completion of project. Large, multi-day projects require one-half up front. Rush orders and emergency orders are double-at $32.00 an hour.
